Purchase Process

In State Purchasing

Upon agreeing to purchase a vehicle, all documentation will be concluded at our dealership located in Tempe, Arizona. You may take delivery at our dealership or delivery can be arranged. Sales tax is 9.3% for Arizona residents. A $328.00 non negotiable Doc Fee will be applied to all vehicles. We accept only the following payment methods for purchasing: cash, bank certified check, wire transfer, third party financing, MasterCard or Visa credit cards (for option payment only).

Out of State Purchasing

Upon agreeing to purchase a vehicle, you will be faxed, emailed or sent via priority mail a Buyers Order for signature. An Option Payment of $1,000 is required to hold the vehicle. If requested, financing is available. As soon as all the documentation is received and approved, the vehicle will be scheduled for delivery. If you are flying in to pick up the vehicle, we will happily pick you up from Sky Harbor Airport. All documentation can be completed when you arrive. We will issue a 30-day out of state driving permit, valid across the United States.

Payment Methods:

Bank Wire Transfer (preferred), cash (in person only), Certified Bank Check, 3rd Party Financing, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal (up to 10% of vehicle purchase price only). If dealer financing is desired please submit a secured credit application at the time of purchase. Pre-approval is available and will speed up the purchase process. ALL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND DOCUMENTATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL BEFORE THE VEHICLE LEAVES OUR FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Fees and Taxes:

A non negotiable documentary/administration fee of $328.00 for title work, contract handling, copying, temporary tags, postage, etc. will be collected on every vehicle. Arizona residents will pay 9.3% sales tax and applicable license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees as well as registration fees in their state of residence.* International buyers will not be charged any U.S. sales tax.

*If picking up the vehicle in person and you reside in certain states, sales tax equal to your state sales tax rate will be collected at time of purchase and you will receive credit from your home state for taxes paid when you register your vehicle. Please call for details.
